Chi Delta Rho pheasant hunt 1963

Participants left to right: Rob Pfisterer (Bill’s brother), Brother Joe Palmer, Brother Martin Dunbar, Brother Ken Laun, Brother Bill Pfisterer, Dave Morgan (owner of the hunting preserve).
This picture is from Brother Bill Pfisterer. He organized the hunt.
The pheasants were so fat, farm raised, that they could hardly fly. We could have probably caught them by hand. We were much slimmer and faster in those days, but much more hung over!
A big black Pheasant flew over Joe Palmer’s head, he shot at it, and put a hole right through the bird. The hole was the size of a fist, and you could see right through the hole.

Does anybody know what the Witches of Whitewater’s book is called? We are trying to find it in the library…
