You have been there for the chapter in the good times and the bad times. I remember years ago you being at a General Assembly with the majority of your chapter which was about five members at the time...It is a big cycle and I tell the men at Phi-Alpha Zeta at Eastern Illinois University that a fraternity chapter is like surfing...you can be on top of the wave or if you slip up the wave will crush you and the chapter. Good luck to the next High Pi...he has some really big shoes to step into!
